New metal pretreatment system activated in Goman’s production lines

At Goman, a company in continuous expansion and always open to innovation, we have activated a new system for the pretreatment of ferrous and non-ferrous materials a few months ago, a modern pickling plant with the addition of a final nanotechnological Oxilan treatment not only for constant improvement but also to achieve greater resistance to oxidation.

Thanks to this treatment, we have improved the already excellent performance in terms of safety and reliability of the products, with a significant increase in resistance hours to salt spray tests, three times higher than the minimum required by regulations, without alterations to the product.

A good pretreatment of the metal surface before painting or before applying thermo-hardening polyester antibacterial coatings is the fundamental and main basis for obtaining quality processing. Furthermore, constant monitoring of the production phases, 100% internal production, and control of each individual process allow Goman to guarantee its products for 10 years.
